Copper-chromium-zinc catalyst is efficient for hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline. Catalyst АОК-71-22 is intended for aniline synthesis in dyes manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and polyurethanes production. Catalyst extrudates are available in cylindrical shape.
Catalyst АОК-71-22 is designed for fixed-bed hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline. A heated mixture of nitrobenzene and hydrogen (or hydrogen-containing gas) is fed to the catalyst. The reaction is exothermic and is carried out at a temperature of 200-300°C.
