Catalytic Reforming
Description and Features
Catalytic units allow measuring aromatic content and С5+yield. The catalyst is tested in fixed-bed reactors. Catalyst performance is measured on test units with flow reactors under isothermal conditions at pressure up to 3.5 MPa. Temperature control ranges from 400 to 650оС.
Option of testing over actual-use feedstock from the refinery. Such test conditions provide information about the catalyst operation under conditions as close as possible commercial ones.
Advantages
Applying state-of-the-art gas chromatographic instrumentation allows for quantitative analysis of concentrations of substances in gas streams with an accuracy of 5%.
Option of measuring catalyst performance for fixed-bed and CCR units.
Regeneration option.
Option of providing moisture content of feedstock and gases less than 1 ppm.
Testing time up to 200 hours.
Option of customized testing according to unstandardized test procedure agreed with the customer.
